No Surprises Act

I am currently in-network with Aetna (excluding EBMS), Cigna, and Optum in the state of Utah. Insurance clients may book a consultation through Alma or Tava Health, depending on their plan. Beginning March 1, 2026, all insurance billing and processing will transition to LifeStance, which will streamline scheduling, billing, and insurance support in one centralized system.

I accept payment via HSA/FSA, cash, and all major credit cards. I am also able to provide documentation (superbills) for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through out-of-network insurance benefits, upon request.

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, which went into effect on January 1, 2022, clients are protected from unexpected billing for emergency services and certain out-of-network care. Uninsured and self-pay clients are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services upon request.
