No Surprises Act

I am currently in-network with many insurance companies in the state of Utah. Beginning March 1, 2026, most insurance billing and processing will transition to my employer LifeStance Health, which will streamline scheduling, billing, and insurance support in one centralized system. I will also maintain a small caseload on TavaHealth.

I accept payment via HSA/FSA, cash, and all major credit cards. I am also able to provide documentation (superbills) for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through out-of-network insurance benefits, upon request.

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, which went into effect on January 1, 2022, clients are protected from unexpected billing for emergency services and certain out-of-network care. Uninsured and self-pay clients are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services upon request.
